We’ve thought of everything – from a luxury Northumberland welcome hamper on arrival, to complimentary tennis and golf memberships, and even access to a gorgeous leisure club with a sparkling swimming pool.
Whether you’re planning a cosy weekend escape or a month-long adventure, we’re dedicated to making your stay extraordinary. Love a warm, inviting evening? We’ll make sure you have firewood and logs. Fancy cooking? Your kitchen will be fully equipped with everything from a frying pan to a Nutribullet – and don’t forget to collect your very own pound of the famous Bamburgh Bangers on us from the 130-year-old local butcher!
For two decades, we’ve been passionately improving our properties, adding conservatories, many hot tubs, and continually updating our fresh, contemporary interiors. Our cottages range from intimate two-bedroom retreats to spacious five-bedroom havens perfect for family reunions or group getaways.
We offer four incredible locations, each with its own charm:
Dukesfield
Dukesfield is a collection of lovingly renovated farm buildings and two new purpose built holidayhomes, all within walking distance of Bamburgh. On site there’s a gym, a tennis court and ‘The Gathering Place’ where you enjoy a game of table tennis or transform it to a dining space; It’s the best place for a dinner party and much cheaper than eating out.
Everyone also has access to either a private or a personal hot tub (The Duke and The Duchess).
It’s loved and enjoyed by adults and children alike in winter and summer.
Spindlestone
A short drive from Bamburgh, Spindlestone has a big and beautiful country house with 5 bedrooms, a traditional cottage with a lovely sun room and back garden and two cosy new builds at the bottom of the garden near the river. Book one for a quiet restorative break or book them all for a very special reunion.
Budle Newtown
BudleNewtown is located in a field above Budle Bay, one the best locations in
Northumberland .
Sitin the conservatory or the hot tub at Budle Newton Cottage and watch the bay empty and fill whilst the sky and the sea
change colour . It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pool table.
Bamburgh Village
For those that like to step out of their front door and walk a few yards to the pub or Butchers or walk 200 yards down to the village green underneath the castle. Village House and Grove Cottage are nearly as old as the village itself.

Adderstone
With its proximity to the A1, Adderstone, home to Stewards cottage offers a perfect base for exploring Alnwick, Holy Island, and the Cheviots.
